Glazed Blueberry Cake Donuts

  These delicious donuts are deep fried bakery style! These are easy and fun to make at home. Mix fresh blueberries into a cinnamon nutmeg dough batter, then deep fry to golden brown and dip in a sweet powdered sugar glaze.  Ingredients:  Oil for frying, about 2 cups for the donuts: 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/8 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon salt  1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted) 1/8 cup milk 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup blueberries For the glaze: 2/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon water 1/8 teaspoon vanilla Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 C) For the donuts: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl.  In another bowl, whisk egg, milk and vanilla.  Stir melted butter into flour mixture forming small crumbles.  Stir egg mixture into flour mixture.
